Managing Attorney

Caren D. Dombrowski serves as Managing Attorney of RP Legal Group law firm, an Arizona Alternative Business Structure.

Caren has over 20 years of litigation experience in the personal injury, mass tort and products/premises liability spaces, including trial experience.Caren has managed large departmental litigation teams for AM law 100 law firms and brings that deep knowledge and expertise to RP Legal Group where she manages and oversees all ethics, operations and staff.

Caren is a licensed attorney in Arizona and California. She holds a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.

Marco Mendoza

Director of Intake

Marco Mendoza serves as the Director of Intake at RP Legal Group. With over a decade of experience in business development and client relationship management, Marco has a proven track record of success in managing intake processes for more than 50 law firms across the United States. His expertise ensures seamless and effective communication and coordination among attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other key stakeholders.

Marco is also adept at leading large departmental account executive teams, driving performance improvements, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance overall team effectiveness.  At RP Legal Group, Marco leverages his diverse skill set to optimize internal operations, foster client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success.

Founder

Ramtin Ghaneeian, co-founder of RP Legal Group, is deeply committed to helping underserved victims of personal injury accidents navigate the legal system with compassion and determination. With multiple degrees from the University of Southern California, and the founding and growth of one of the West Coast’s most successful businesses in the legal personal injury space, Ramtin possesses a unique blend of legal acumen and business expertise.
